Last week, winners of Janes Island State Park poster contest were announced in time to celebrate Earth Day. The theme was Planet vs. Plastics. Art teacher Mr. David Simpson had 15 students submit posters. First place went to Dakota Dunivan, 2nd place to Laura Estrada, and 3rd place to Kaylee Horner.
